Old New England Properties is a residential real estate company working in the greater Arlington Massachusetts area. We work with home buyers, sellers, builders and investors looking to buy, renovate, sell or build single or multi-family properties.
We are a family owned and operated company founded in 1996 & formally incorporated in 2004 by siblings Jonathan M Nyberg and Sara Nyberg Dolan. Jonathan & Sara’s plan more then 20 years ago was for Old New England Properties to be a small local business whose owners live where they work. And that is what it is today; a thriving local real estate business whose clients benefit from their experience and friendships build over 20+ years, as well as the personal attention only small businesses can provide.
